Cilantro Cream Sauce

This is a very versatile recipe that can be used as a dip for veggies and chips, or you can use it as a sauce for your favorite fish or chicken.
Ingredients -
1 Package Cream Cheese, (8 ounce), softened
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
1 Can Tomatillo Salsa, (7 ounce)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
 
Preparation:

1. Combine the pepper, celery salt, sour cream, cream cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, cilantro and lime juice in a blender or food processor.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Place in a serving bowl.

Serving Suggestion:
This is a really great dip for parties. Put the bowl in the middle of a platter and surround it with carrots, celery, broccoli, chips, crackers and some chunks of Italian crusty bread.
