1. Combine the cranbetties and 1 ½ tablespoons apricot preserves in a large bowl.
2. Stir together the cheese and 3 tablsespoons apricot preserves until smooth in a separate bowl.
3. Place the mixture in a plastic bag and snip the corner.
4. Pipe into crispy shells.
5. Top with the cranberry mixture.
6. Sprinkle with nuts.
7. Enjoy
